The following requirements apply to both the one day event and tire collection at the HHWRC:
- Summit County residents only (no businesses)
- $1 fee per tire (cash only)
- 10 tire limit per vehicle (passenger car and light truck size)
- Tires may be on or off the rim
Two ways for Summit County Residents to recycle old tires!
ONE DAY EVENT: Saturday, April 24th, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at ReWorks’ Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Center (HHWRC) on 1201 Graham Road in Stow. No household hazardous waste will be collected at this one day event.
DURING HHWRC SEASON: ReWorks accepts scrap tires at the Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Center (HHWRC) during regular hours of operation. In 2021, the HHWRC will be operational from June 3 through September 30.
