ReWorks is providing an Electronics Collection in collaboration with Springfield Township and the Village of Lakemore. This specific event is for residents of these two municipalities. ReWorks is funding cost to recycle these electronics, so there is no fee to participants.
Pre-registration is required to participate in this event (see link to form below). By registering and keeping to your assigned appointment time, you help the event run efficiently and minimize wait times. After pre-registration, within approximately three business days, you will receive a confirmation email/communication verifying your time slot and the address of the collection event.
ReWorks, the solid waste management authority for all of Summit County, provides programs, services, and community outreach on waste reduction, recycling, and other materials management strategies.
Features about the electronics collection:
- Pre-registration required
- TVs (CRT under 32" / flatscreen under 50"), cell phones, tablets, and laptops only
- No computer monitors, CRT TVs over 32”, Flat Screen TVs over 50” or any other items not listed here
- Limit of 2 televisions per household
- Residents of Springfield Township and the Village of Lakemore only
- Location - provided to registered participants
- Date: Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 3 to 6 pm.
Electronics collected through ReWorks' programs are processed by an R2 certified vendor.
